Whew…ripped the audio to my iPod and did the workout at the gym..not the same with out seeing Tony and the gang..but was doing modified chest with heavy weight instead of pushups.. need to do AbRipperX too..forgot to iPod that one. 89 Days to Go!!

Well comin up on halfway mark Day 50 soon. Burpees and Pullups with out a hitch till yesterday. Slightly pulled some muscle in my side a few cold days ago doing a finger pullup outside of my garage…must be old age..anyway..yesterday while busting out my 3rd set of 10 ZAPPO…knife in the side crumple to the floor.. so pullups on [...]
About wussed out last night..but at Midnight I did my 34 burpees/pushups. Did NOT want to have to do 69 today… All days went without a hitch. Did some Callenetics stomach 400’s, beat on my tire dummy with hands feet and sledgehammer. Did some static contraction work using almost 400 pounds on Wed

Well burpee fans were in for a bit of a hiccup this past 10 days!!
Went to Vegas for the USA Sevens Rugby and only managed to do Day 18 of Burpees..soooo
had to make up this past week. Did 154 Burpees on Thursday the 16th.
Im up to speed on the burpees now..but must catch up on 112 Pullups!!
Lesson here..DON’T MISS DAYS…
Also, there is no way in heck I would be doing all this unless I had put this challenge in place..thus solidifying the importance of something like this.
Begin with the end in mind…so yeah I missed..but i know EXACTLY what i need to do to make up..
easy..no brainer…
burpees are getting smoooother too..pullups a bit easier…cheers!

Going to Vegas tomorrow for Rugby 7’s…should be a fun challenge finding time and space for burpees & Pullups..
Im thinking stairwells for pullups..and room should work for burpees..or some burpees in the crowd.

11 burpees 11 pullups Thursday + Spartacus Workout Green Smoothie pizza
12 burpees 12 pullups Friday + 1/2 P990X Arms & Shoulders Acai Smoothie, bee pollen,
been drinking 800mL of water first thing when I awaken in morning for past week..really feel a difference…
going to Vegas next week..so have to be vigilant if I want to make the Spartacus Cut!!

8 burpees 8 pullups for challenge..bit of rope work
then the Spartacus Workout…
legs are jelly..used a 26kg kettlebell instead of dumbells…gonna be sore tomorrow.
